ERP 2.0

Cannot disable or adjust volume of the alert.

Please add the “disable cash card” function for the ERP 2.0 iOS app. I’ve opted not to install the screen. Over all it’s a pretty good system once it works. It has been a very difficult process to actually get it ready and working. Instructions are not clear and confusing. One needs at least 2 apps to get it to work smoothly. The iOS app needs to be mirroring what would happen on the OBU touchscreen.

This app is just hang on to the screen and it unable to switch page to other app! Lousy software!

Pls make the apps carplay compatible. Have the function of the touchscreen such as enable/disable of card and alert setting etc. As said by the minister, it shld be able to replace the touchscreen.

Apple car play support are must to use apps in car inbuild display, pls provide this support

Suggest the following enhancements. 1) Add Apple carplay support to make use of the car's inbuilt display. 2) The app currently does not support portrait mode.

The app is nice and handy. While it’s already good for motorists using it with ERP, a couple of more features would make it even better. Overall, it’s a positive experience.

The LTA website is not ready for phone registration to connect to the OBU. If you do not have the screen install, you will not be able to see the balance of your cash card readily.
