App seems to run real soon it spin a circle with internet on phone and i have verzion internet on I phone 12 it always logging you out personally the old app was 100% better

They just “updated“ and it’s horrible! The designers have to be smoking pot. It takes forever to load. And then when you try to enter information, a lot of times you can’t even scroll down to say yes or no! It’s horrible. Designed by toddlers.

Keyboard does not have a return key. Care notes has an issue. If you go back to change the notes or add information, you lose what you already put in for the day!!!

You cannot put the app horizontally for use with a keyboard on an IPad. Being able to type with a keyboard is much more efficient when working within time constraints. Almost every other app out there has this functionality. I strongly recommend adding this feature.

My company uses this system and we recently had a statewide outage. 2-3 weeks later, we’re up again but can’t reset our passwords as instructed. Can’t get ahold of the company. Each “support” specialist sends the same generic email with no help. Call the support helpline and it hangs up when you’re leaving a message. Can’t understand how this business still exists..

It’s been around 2 weeks and it seems like it’s not going to work any sooner! I lost all my agenda :(

I work with a company that use the service. Now I can’t even log in call the 1800 number NOTHING CANT EVEN CLOCK IN. It say service unavailable

Although, the app works well for the company that is currently operating with it, there are some issues created for some users. Users should have the option to login to the website under these circumstances. The app should not be the only option to access your account or work profile.

So tired of not being able to print my check stubs it’s TRULY FRUSTRATING
