App is slow maximum time doesnt work they dhould fix this

Not able to log in

I have updated the app and I can’t sign in any longer

Very slow, the app becoming very annoying to use tbh. Just to open it it will take few seconds load, just that splash screen takes a lot without even possibility to tap through (you must watch it every time), inside the app becoming like a voucher App (entertainer)… this is not at all the idea behind this royal initiative.

It doesn’t work when you need it. The restaurants does not accept the card

This is not the first time that it is happening with this application I have removed and installed it again, regardless of that it keeps crashing and does not sign in the only way I am able to sign in is using my UAE Pass and that too times out every time. Also, if I try using my other phone to sign in, it just does not allow me. Would really appreciate if you can have the app fixed. Also a suggestion for the family to use to make it more efficient.

One of the worst app experiences I’ve ever had, you used to be able to add the card to Apple Wallet, I can’t understand why they removed it. Now I’m stuck trying to wait for so long for it to just open.

Horrible, can't even login to use the discount.
