Payment made at Chandigarh for electricity bill yields a receipt number with which the receipt couldn’t be downloaded. Additionally, the transaction is not reflected in account on the main eSampark website and hence receipt can’t be downloaded on the main website either.

I have a duty every month to ensure writing a email for getting my payment credited to my account after transferring it via UPI; because your app never reflects it into my accounts. I have 4 accounts affected

App works fine. No crash, easy to use with multiple payment option. Only one thing that developers need to fix - in ios dark mode, the app text doesn’t change colour to white (keeps default black) and nothing is visible in download folder / added accounts / sampark Centers etc…

After update not able to pay bills. Each time when try to click on bill summary app gets crashed. Even online payment on website transactions gets failed each time.

After recent update, App gets closed abruptly after trying to view the water bill details. Please fix.

This seems to be worst app for utility payments. I am not able to add my electricity bill account to this app. Whenever I try to add it gives an error “invalid A/c No.” However I am filling the Account Number from latest physical bill received at my residence. Whereas when I log in to e sampark website, I my account number is added there and I am able to see my latest bill. #Smart City Chandigarh .

Worst UI experience and payment section not working,Please update app so that we can easily view and make payments
