Does NOT work, never has

Hard to believe anyone could produce an App/Interface as poor as this. The Room temperature will not update - except by chance (seemingly) - so you don’t know the actual temperature. The User Interface design is appalling and simple operations are not simple - this is in part due to the colour scheme and layout. Which part of the setting you’re on is often wrong and the day reported is often the day ahead. You also have no idea whether the Boiler is actually on or off!

I had the wifi thermostat as an option in my new build, really wish I hadn’t chosen it! The app is awful, once it actually connected it said to install a firmware update for my thermostat. It has been stuck on this update for 5 days, the app and thermostat buttons no longer respond, so I can’t reset them. I’m now stuck with no heating. ESI phone lines are permanently busy and my developer is just ordering the same thermostat, which will probably do the same thing. Looks like I will have to pay out for an alternative brand that actually works!

I'm not sure why ESI bothered to add WiFi to their products if this is the best that they can do for an app. Bare bones, barely works and sometimes not at all, can't even rename devices so it's impossible to tell what you are controlling. Who signed this off, who at ESI is happy with this??

This system and app kept turning my heating in in the middle of June this year, the house was like a oven. I had it removed and Hive installed instead no problems now. (The device and app where installed in my house 18 months)

Awful app and very poor as a heating system.

The app just keeps changing the schedule got the heating , yesterday it happened 3 times.

This is the worst system I have ever used, the schedule that I have set keeps been changed. Please sort out the app

Never stay connected. Absolutely pointless

Feature requests please: 1: Option to remove Hot Water for combi-boiler users. 2: Option to rename thermostats. 3: Would love some smart home integration like Homekit, so we can use geolocation. Thank you.
