Did not work and no support
eSIM never activated after following all instructions and waiting several hours. Support was not available since it was a weekend and they will not issue a refund saying I did not provide screenshots of the issue days later when support was available and I had already purchased an eSIM that works. This company is a joke. Many others to choose from, avoid this one. Holafly worked immediately, I would recommend them. The developer responds to reviews saying you can request a refund but it has been 16 days of multiple requests and have not received it to date.
Doesn’t work at all
Not much to say. Pay Apple to receive something that won’t work on your Apple phone
Recurring subscriptions without permission or any notifications
Their internet service is good as per my experience in Turkey. However they saved my debit card and kept on deducting the payments for their own configured recurring subscription! They charged me three times! I checked their app by chance before uninstalling it and was lucky enough to catch it!

Purchase their 2gb plan for 15 days. This worked for 2 mins at my hotel in Mexico then the service stopped!!!! There is No Customer service. Their AI said I would have responce within 2 hours and it’s now been 6 with no response. I want a refund! Don’t bother to waste your money
