When I open the app I cannot see the flight deals

These were the highest prices ever with the most absurd deals on flights, connections and transfers! When I saw in my offer that I had changing airports, both of which were in Paris, I figured they were a fairly reasonable distance away. Already after buying the ticket, I checked that neither the one nor the other airport is in Paris, but outside it! The distance between them was more than 200 kilometers with a change of several transports (naturally at my expense) and going through all of Paris and the metro, with all my luggage - alone. It's good that my layover at least allowed it - more than 12 hours that I used to travel to the other airport. Never again will I inflict such a ridiculous transport on myself that I had no idea could exist. As well as I will never use this site again which is not even competitively priced.

DO NOT USE ESKY!!!!Every time I purchase a ticket through this app they do not complete the reservation completely, I do have to pay extra cost on the airport and I can not contact them anyhow, very very low quality of work, working only to take commission and not for the satisfaction of the customer. If you need a flight check the prices here and buy on the airline website.

How can I log into my account? Every time I try it says that something went wrong and to try later. I ve reinstalled the app numerous times and still the same!!! Who should I contact and what should I do to fix it?

The app keeps crashing even though I reinstalled it, cleared the cache files too as well as switching networks.

I didn’t get the chance to use one of my tickets, they offered me an amount of my money back but the tickets were scheduled for JUNE and they lied 3 times claiming that they’ve send them, IT’S NOVEMBER!!!! AND STILL NOT A PENNY! Never do my mistake, you would be very sorry otherwise… 😡🤬

My flight was cancelled due COVID-19. To all my questions how can I get my money back they reply with automatic reaponse blaming the aero company for the delay. Ok, but my friends bought the ticket directly from the flying company and they already forget about this case. SCAMMERS! Better buy dorectly from flying companies
