Loading problems
Lately, the app just sits there in a loading state forever after you open it. You need to click on another tab (like Mobile Deposit), then back to Accounts for it to load properly. This is EXTREMELY annoying — please fix it.

Major bug
Currently, there’s a major bug that makes you launch the app for five times before a balance is actually load. This is obnoxious. Please fix it.
Not working!
The app hasn’t been working for weeks
What happened?
This app was great until the update!!! What happened? Where is everything? Why does it crash? Where are my transfer accounts? Etc?

Accounts not loading
In the past couple of weeks, when I open the app, the Accounts section does not load. I have to tap on “Transfers” then “Accounts” and they will load. Bug in the app? Can we get this fixed?

Member to member
Not being able to utilize member to member transfer is really an inconvenience. I was told I could use Zelle and had a great deal of trouble with that so that was useless. I really hope this is temporary.
Accounts don’t load
I log in and my accounts don’t load, making the app essentially useless
What happened?
Ever since update , it shuts down on me , it doesn’t take good mobile deposit pics. Just not good lately at all. More of an inconvenience than a help.
