Purchased a smart cabinet lock and this app was “required” to ensure Bluetooth unlocking of the lock. Many of the recent reviews were extremely negative of this app, and they’re definitely correct! I can’t even register for an account because my password is “too long” at 17 characters when the prompt is “6-20 characters”. I’ve tweaked the password, weakened it — which is a red flag on its own — and reinstalled the app 6-7 times and nothing worked. What a mess.

I got one but is registered to someone I dont know, how do it reset it ?

If you need to add another person’s fingerprints, this thing is infuriatingly NOT user friendly. The app is pointless, just let me program the lock!

Door handle looks good. App won’t let me register to create an account. Can’t even get paired to door handle to set the code. Useless unless fixed.

Cannot get the app or lock to Bluetooth to my iPhone. Bind unbind doesn’t work. Tutorial goes so fast can’t follow what is going in.

Lock works good, but the app is TERRIBLE. I entered my password 8 digits and it said 6-20, and I used the eye button to see the passwords and they matched, I clicke register but then IT LITERALLY SAID 6-20 DIGITS AND I TRIED AGAIN MULTIPLE TIMES BUT IT STILL DIDN'T WORK please fix.

I’m hoping the developer will see this review and actually help me. My daughter and I both bought locks, my daughter got a new phone and switched apps and lost her username and password and there is no way to retrieve it and she’s tried many many times.while her padlock I can add to my account, I cannot edit the name nor can I add any users because my daughter cannot relinquish control of the lock. I hope one of you developers will find out how she can either reset the lock or get back into her account. Other than that, you only get four stars for that.

I’ve done everything but the Bluetooth disconnects every few seconds. I have to find help to cut off the lock. I do regret this

Love the concept of finger print lock and Bluetooth .. but app needs help to enable the smooth functionality of Bluetooth and increase the range..

Set up the lock and then fhe user management on the app completely disappeared. I can’t see anything up and it’s not recognizing my fingerprint anymore.
