Essential provides good services including their app. America is too dependent on big banks. It is very important to support Credit Unions.

This has made my life so much easier. I’m thankful for being able to bank from home❤️

The app is ALWAYS DOWN!

This app is know to have issues where my account information CANNOT be displayed and I am not able to do anything in mybank account. I can’t check my balances in my account, transfer money or anything. This issue needs to be fixed immediately

App constantly crashes or says it have technical difficulties.

I’d like to see my credit card Payment reflected more quickly on the app. Once you’ve paid it sometimes it will still say Pay $20 or whatever the minimum amount is. It takes quite a few days to be updated.
