Amazing you can give a Meter Reading but can’t generate a bill in the 21st century unlike other Water & Sewerage companies where you can and who obviously are passionate about Customer Service and Satisfaction

Easy website to use for extra payments, see your bill and payment information and dates

App works fine but had to contact them to link multiple accounts which they did. Better if the app allowed you to do it yourself as Anglian water does

It is a tad shabby that the App restricts how much one can pay!!

One of the key things to want to contact Essex &Suffolk Water about is an issue with supply. Guess what - you can’t do that in the app. Sounds like a use case is missing !! Please don’t tell me session expired EVERY time I open your app. It’s infuriating.

Got my grandson to scan meter as I’m unable to, very easy if you are ambulant:) Found customer services extremely helpful & friendly when I had a problem after being in hospital a long time and my bathroom developed a leak. Prompt & friendly assistance really appreciated! Thank you

Can’t make payment via Apple Pay. Won’t pay until it’s fixed.

The ‘my usage’ tab shows no data some 4 months after switching to a water meter, just ‘sorry there’s been an error’ then ‘oops we don’t have any data’. There’s no log-out option. Everytime I open the app it says ‘sorry there’s been an error’. Utterly useless

Have been trying to pay my water and sewage bill with the app.After entering all my card details it will not verify payment.

I need to wait a couple of minutes to load my acc page ….then it dismiss everytime and need to wait again and again wherever any areas I use.
