The app kept having issues for sending OTP, i have tried and press the resend button for over 5 times but it didn’t even send to my mobile number. Instead, came up with error message.

one of those instances where an app is so bad you have to leave a review. keeps saying error and can’t load my profile or rewards just when i need it. i don’t turn on this app 99% of the time and the 1% of the time when im pumping petrol can’t even get it to work.

call and email but no response/follow up.

Constantly not able to access the app and shown ‘something gone wrong on our side’. Had uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times but still encountered the same issue. How to redeem points and/or voucher! This is the worst app I had ever used.

This app has not been working for the past 3+ weeks and have lost discounts because of this. No sign of recovery. Not sure how Apple allowed this app to be deployed with such silly bugs.

The app showed a “there’s a problem on our side” when I was at the store, rendering me unable to use the app to redeem vouchers etc. Very disappointing

Downloaded and tried many times. No pin was send to my phone, how to verify if the system does not works.

When trying to reset a forgotten password, it does the correct steps of sending the reset password email. But when confirming the new password on the app, results in an “Uh oh, something happened on our side” and “please contact our service support”. Was only able to do so on the smiles website, of which also threw a ton of errors due to cloud flare. Staff at petrol stations unable to provide any other help other than “uninstall and install”. It’s a terrible service.

A complete let down!

My app can’t open. Kept saying unable to connect. I deleted and downloaded new app still cannot use.
