An excellent iPad app, even better macOS app
Used the ipad app for years and it has been great, but nothing beats using a desktop mac for productivity. I am able to work much faster.

The ETC Practice app was designed from the ground up using Swift to be the fastest, easiest to use EHR and Billing app:
- Fastest Software: Intake patients in less than 30 seconds with our ID scanner, bill a weeks worth of visits in under 30 seconds, and send over 500 pages of batched bills in under 20 seconds.
- Ease of Use: The app has been built from the ground up for ease of use. Everything is laid out in an intuitive manner. Our developers actually work in medical offices, allowing them to remove wasteful repeated steps and complication. The average training time is less than an hour, even with no billing experience at all.
- Full EHR: Create detailed SOAP/clinical note templates that allow you to create complex notes in seconds/minutes. SOAP notes are digitally signed by the medical professional without the need to print and sign. SOAP notes are created custom for each individual facility, so you do not need to learn a whole new notes system.
- Full Billing Suite: Ability to print with a CMS 1500 template or electronically bill. You can post payments, file rejections, and easily escalate claims to lawyers or other collection agencies. We have all ICD-10 codes already built in. The average biller spends less than 15 seconds per date of service due to significantly reduced re-entry of data.
- Full Inventory Management: Track your medical supplies with ease. Use your iOS device or a bluetooth scanner to scan products and track costs of soon-to-expire items. Instantly bill for medical supplies with a simple scan. Create Delivery/Pickup/Exchange tickets in mere seconds that patients can sign with just their finger.
- Manage Your Office: Easily add staff and medical professionals with simple licensing options. Keep track of their performance and easily assign tasks from the management dashboard.
- 100% USA Based Support: Live chat available within the app. Customer Support can help tailor the app to your needs, offering a truly bespoke experience.

Our business runs off this app
We are a billing company and use this for all our staff. We can manage all of our facilities in seconds, send out a weeks worth of bills in under a minute, and we can use esubmission to send our bills electronically to auto/pip insurances. Really the best and fastest we’ve used. Blows desktop apps out of the water
Makes my Job Much Easier
Excellent software, makes my job much easier as a medical office administrator. I’ve noticed a significant the Doctors take significantly less time in documenting and billing patient visits because of how simple this software makes everything. Additionally, because it also has mobile support, I am also able to send records to doctors or attorneys with just a few taps on my phone even if I am out of the office
