The game is really good and I’m enjoying it , but I think thit’s game would be better if we could customise the characters and especially have more characters with different nationalities and races

Worst game ever
They let you pay an close you account for no reason and want you to pay more
Operating group is irresponsible
Use maintenance to modify the activity rules at will, which is not explicitly stated in the maintenance notice, ignoring the interests of players. Use high-level players on old servers to oppress low-level players on new servers, forcing them to top up to improve their combat power.
Sub-par
Compared to other mmorpgs, esm is sub-par from processing to event to admin support to gameplay. Game play is rigid and does not really show you how different your characters can be when you grind. Game mechanics are without a doubt the worst. Wouldnt reccomend to a n y o n e. Im embarrassed to be playing so much lol.

Meh
Downloaded expecting to be able to use the ESM777 promo code to get special items. No way to claim the advertised promo, false advertising. Mehhhhhh, don’t waste your time. May be a nice looking game but they lie so not a good company at all.
Gems
This is a pretty good game. Been playing it for a few hours so for an dits better than I expected. Despite that though I came across an issue where I purchase my first gems in order to get the 3 day pack rewards. Where you would get a tier S pet and sword and other stuff which also included 4000+ gems. With that said I have not received those gems I am expected to it. Please help!
