It was a great idea to introduce this milti currency wallet. But be aware its good while it works, the moment you have a problem there is next to no support, their numbers dont work, and if your lucky you can get routed through the etihadairlines main switch (if they pick up) and your issue can be solved in a few weeks/months. Its like they created this service and changed their minds but they were stuck with it.

The app asking to enter the card details every time, its annoying. Please resolve and update the app. Thanks

Unfortunately the app keep crashing and even when it works (which is very seldom) it is not really useful. The mobile app is essential as it gives easy access to manage the account so I hope this issue get addressed very soon. L

Impossible to load money. Can't connect a bank because bank does not recognize the Walletplus account number. Only option is to go to a currency exchange and have them load money.

I can't load money into the card from within the app. I keep getting an unknown error message. Clicking the app support page takes you to the Etihad wallet plus website, where there is no option for tech support.

Etihad does allow connections at all. It locks user on actual site. Please remove this app or fix it

التطبيق للأسف يخدعك .. فجأة تجده لا يعمل ويطلب منك ادخال اسم المستخدم والرقم السري وللأسف حتى لو أدخلته بالشكل الصحيح يظل لا يعمل.

It is sad that an app relating to an esteemed company such as Etihad has such technical issues. This app is not processing my Etihad Guest details! And keeps asking me to try later! The question is: why did you lunch it too early?? Didn’t you test it before?? Why do you risk the company reputation for such fixable issues !! I am deeply sad that Etihad has this issues when it can be No.1 in the World !!

After fixing all issues, now it’s a great app to manage an online wallet for different currencies. Please add support for Apple Pay
