The app needs the thermostat to be connected to wifi, however the thermostat only connected for 3 days and now won’t reconnect.
The usage information resolution is 1 day, this means you can’t really see what points if the day you are using gas.
The app and the thermostat both freeze from time to time.
The app gives you meaningless error codes that you then have to Google.
The developer collects your email address and your heating information. So app privacy on the App Store is wrong.

Thermostaat blijf rebooten heb de ketel al uitgezet en updates gedaan maar blijft rebooten dat vind ik wel vervelend aangezien de thermostaat pas 6 maanden oud is.

Er is een fout opgetreden bij het registreren van uw account. En nu ……
Waardeloos
Remeha zegt op haar eigen site: we laten u niet in de kou zitten. En dat klopt want dankzij de eTwist staat onze thermostaat regelmatig op 30° Celsius. Dat is dus ruim 10 graden boven de door ons ingestelde temperatuur. Er wordt al geruime tijd melding gemaakt van een nieuwe app die wel storingvrij zou moeten zijn, maar je moet netjes afwachten tot je aan de beurt bent om deze te installeren. Nu is uitzetten van de eTwist de enige manier om te voorkomen dat de thermostaat op hol slaat.
Steeds slechter
Met elke update verdwijnen er functies. Klantenservice reageert nooit. Aan energie besparen doet Remeha niet.
Helemaal niks
Kan niet inloggen op de app ondanks dat hij op het zelfde wifi netwerk zit. Heel frustrerend en geen goede klanten service.
Prima thermostaat
App makkelijk met de thermostaat kunnen verbonden en informatie over leverancier enz ingevuld en alles werkt naar behoren.
Waardeloos werkt niet op iPhone
Waardeloze app ik heb ook al contact gehad met service maar kunnen niets doen. Binnenkort komt er een update maar dit was al een jaar geleden.

App does not allow proper login and crashes. This is it repeatedly and nothing else.
Slecht
Begin er niet aan. Problemen lopen al jaren terug en er is blijkbaar niks veranderd. Dat zegt genoeg over het functioneren van het bedrijf Remeha. ETwist zelf is ook labiel.
