Apple Health integration requires to create EufyLife account. What’s the point of this account, the data isn’t e2e encrypted and is likely going to leak sometime in the future. Apple Health uses e2e and is secure, so please allow us to use the integration in guest mode without EufyLife account.

After connecting P3 Smart Scale, app is freezing all the time.

The “new” app is so much worse than the previous version. Almost nothing works as expected, a very bad design unfortunately.

In order to use the app you have to go through registration process, no skipping of that part. However registration within the app is impossible since you have to receive a verification email that is sent only if you register from the eufy website. To make things worse there is no information about it in the app. You just have to guess it. Once you successfully register the app itself is fine.

This new version of the app is less functional. Previously all the details were on sight now you have to click through to know the stats. Change it So the info about being in the scale would be more visible!!!

I have 4 sets strip lights and during a recent update I am unable to program individual lights on the customized section for daily scheduling, the warm, bright, cool option are not available and only able to choose from the color wheel. I am unable to select the warm feature. Please fix this issue. I am using multiple strips and I am not able to match the warm color from the color wheel. PLEASE ADD BACK THE WARM,BRIGHT,COOL OPTION IN THE CUSTOMIZED SECTION.

With fort Knox level password requirements, and a terrible app and mobile website to boot, it’s one annoying app to log into.
