With the Eurocard app you have full control of your balance, purchases and receipts.

Cash flow
Sarebbe utile conoscere la disponibilità economica restante.
Non funziona
Sono titolare di carta di credito internazionale tramite società svedese ( di cui sono dipendente ). Non riesco ad entrare ed usare la app, malgrado 3 settimane di tentativi, fatti anche con il supporto del customer service Eurocard.
App does not support (some) special characters in the password
I am sure it is a good app, but I cannot use it. I make use of special characters in the password, and cannot log in (through a MFA process). Support confirmed the issue, but said they had no plans to fix it. Gave me the «advice» to change password in stead. No deal 👎 I have experienced similar issues with a few other apps as well, but they stepped on the gas to fix it.
Dårlig kunde service
Ikke mulig snakke med noen . Ringt i flere ganger.
Greit med sikkerhet, men...
... jeg har krysset av for å huske meg og bruke ansiktsgjenkjenning. Men likevel må jeg til meg BankID cirka annen hver gang. Appen fungerer ellers greit, men det der er større irritasjonspunkt.
Eurocard App Error
I can not log in with my bankıd to eurocard app. Nobody answer customer service line.
Oppdaterin
Får beskjed om oppdatering av app. Trykker på knapp som sender meg til Appstore hvor det kun er mulig å åpne app med samme melding om oppdatering. Hvordan komme ut av denne runddansen?
Catch 22
App says I need to download updated version. Follow the link to App Store, where I’m not given the option to update. I’m just given the option to open/launch the app, where the same message to download updated version greets me. Stuck in that loop, no closer to getting in.
