Europcar Car Hire & Van Hire

Worked great until about a month ago since then I have not been able to log in. logging in perfectly fine on a browser.

When are you going to fix this app! It will not show any of my last bookings. It does not add my privilege points unless I email customer services with a complaint then they add the points. Truly awful app.

Very disappointed that Europcar don’t have their Privilege membership available through the app. Can’t add to iPhone wallet.

Crashed twice at set up and then won’t let me add bookings despite shutting it down and starting again.

I found it impossible to access or create an account. The app says there is already an account attached to my email address; it doesn’t recognise what I believe to be my password but then says it is unable to email me a link to update the password. As other reviewers have commented, the only function that appears to work is to import an upcoming rental booking. I asked for help from the online chat which after a very long delay gave me the email address of a web support service and closed the chat.

Booked a car online downloaded the app and registered, the car booking is there. The downside is the app continually locks up with a spinning wheel and you have to close and open again to do anything. Has promise but pretty poor

Most of the links don’t work, apart from showing your details of any bookings, anything else doesn’t function. Would be OK if it actually worked.

Downloaded and managed to import a web booking, but that was all. I couldn’t check in, update any details etc. Anything I clicked seemed to try and load an external link but all failed to load a page.

Email tells you to download the app to save time before getting your rental. The app then doesn’t actually let you check in via the app and sends you back to the website to pages that don’t exist. Constantly crashes as well. Why have an app that doesn’t work in the slightest?

Hope you don’t pay your software developers much… or maybe you don’t!
