Europcar Car Hire & Van Hire

I’m logged into the app. When I try to check in, it asks me to verify my account. When I do that it says I already exist on the system and I should log in. When I try that it just shows a spinner that never goes away. When I try the contact us option, it goes to the help pages. There’s no FAQ answer about this issue and nothing happens when I press the Contact Us button.

You need to accept ApplePay.

I’ve hired and paid for a car (Stansted) The app suggests I can/ need to Checkin. When I do that it says it needs to verify my account. When I go through that process it says "uk oh you already have a Europcar account! " I tried to feedback that fact and the email feedback hangs when I hit send. (Circle of death) I’m on latest version….. Just hope I can check in when I get to the desk this evening!

Had to delete this app because it thinks that is ok to use the iPhone notification system to deliver adverts for Europcar. This is not a notification.

So I get an email telling me to check in online. I press the link. It tells me the only way to do the online check in is to install the app, which I do and port my booking in. But the check in button does not work! Surely this is a pretty fundamental bug and renders the app rather useless without?

The app is very buggy on iPhone 14 Pro. Elements overlap each other etc. Most thinks to their website are broken (for example clicking the pickup location or “see all cars” goes to a broken link).

Bookings never load!

The app is very glitchy and temperamental: - Sometimes the vehicle picture shows, sometimes it says image not available (same booking, same vehicle) - After clicking on booking, the round loading wheel keeps going and freezes, have to restart the app (same thing happens repeatedly) - Online check in button doesn't work even though it keeps telling me to check in
