Even after 3 calls with EVAKOOL customer service staff, who did their best to help, we couldn’t get the App to work.

Basic app, pretty dissapointing that it crashes every time you try to look at voltage graph Great fridges though

I will start of a positive. There fridges are great. But this app is pretty clunky. It will crash on a regular basis when reviewing the temperature graphs. Want even let me see the voltage graph. Also the graphs are difficult to understand. And very vague. Sliders for temp are a good idea and look good. But in practice are terrible. Simple up and down buttons would have been better. Just lacks good use of the screen size. Almost like it has been optimised for an iphone3g. I have given it 3stars. But really it’s a very basic app. That doesn’t even do what it says it does without crashing.

Seriously, name one function on this app that works… I’ll wait. Insanely complex to configure. Graph axes are wrong. Graph default zoom doesn’t show the actual graph. Voltage graph crashes the app. Next time don’t engage an offshore development company and spend the little bit extra. I’m sure you are as disappointed with the result as the users are. Do the brand a favour and remove the app from the AppStore. Why use wifi? This is a perfect use case for Bluetooth. Who wants to be switching Wi-Fi networks to check the fridge?

When I lose the wifi connection, it will not let me log back in once I am back in WiFi range, unless I disconnect the TMDZ50 from the power supply, then power it back up. I am using an iPhone 7 running IOS 14.6

Tried to update the app. Now can’t connect to fridge at all any more. I wish you would fix the graphing. It’s axis are labelled so badly. The sad thing. You guys don’t care. Even the default login id and password which can’t be changed is like a child created it.

As others has stated. This is a terrible execution by Evakool. This should be frictionless to set up and use. Should be Bluetooth rather than wifi. Very poor outcome by Evakool, hence the low rating. Please don’t waste your time trying to get this to work. Great fridge/freezer but their IT stinks.

Waste of time, don’t bother downloading.

Worst app I have ever seen. I would rather get out and put a thermometer in the fridge than use the app. It’s useless and the evakool company are nearly as useless with helping you to try and configure it.
