If I want to upload a image or file from my gallery it’s not working…it only works when I take a photo of a paper or file from application…could you help me with this!!

Frustrated with my parents onboarding on to Even. Made the payment on 1st of March and the onboarding is still pending for completion. Now after more than a month they ask for additional payment and all major diseases will not be covered for 3 years! What’s the point then? How is it EVEN different from the traditional health insurance companies? Definitely won’t recommend it to friends and family going forward.

Don’t seems to be genuine …i was told there wont be any waiting period if the discharge summary is uploaded post treatment..post making payment got the call from team stating i will have to wait for 3 years..so disgusting..but one good thing is i asked them not to confirm the membership and refund my amount..instantly the request was accepted for cancellation of policy and my amount was refunded within an hour. (Your activation strategy should be appreciated)

1. They exclude everything you say. Be it a small headache. They will make a note in the list of exclusions and its for 3 years. They will inform you after you pay your money btw 2. You will be a part of their “group insurance policy” which means without them, you cant approach the insurer for claims. You are bound by their rules, whatever their rules could be 3. They say that all OPD in network hospitals are covered - but only later will you know that you would first have to take an online consultation only (physical consultation is available in even hospitals but you’d have to wait for slot, you may not get it on the same day). You would have to tell their doctors in a state of not keeping well that you would want to visit a known doctor/meet a doctor physically. You will get a refund of your OPD bill only if they approve you before hand that you can visit a local OPD person. Sometimes online consultations are available 6-7 hours from now, so you would have to wait for this long to first consult with that doctor, plead the doctor that you want to see someone physically.

Very good application and nice ux

Yes it sounds like a dream but even is Legitimately the only insurance provider I have come across that basically provides for all your illnesses. From just a simple check up to serious issues the team is there at the drop of a hat and the response time is unbelievable. The cashless facility that they provide is the simplest in the industry and in the end you have a no fuss experience. Would highly recommend.

They cancelled my subscription in 2 weeks after i utilised services worth more than their subscription amount. I feel cheated and harassed.
