Event Tickets Plus

We have used Event Tickets Plus for 3-4 years now for our check in. The updates only get better!

Looking for another solution for client website after testing this app. The platform is fine but if the mobile app is trash. Does not have the ability to focus via the camera hardware so you must scan from a far distance away. Would be a terrible experience for people scanning at the door and hold up the line. There is a large "box" that it wants you to use to scan the code but when lining up a QR code with this box it simply WILL NOT FOCUS so you cannot scan. Look elsewhere for a solution to your event ticketing system.

I have a vanity domain and this app has never connected to my site. All the license keys are correct. I’ve emailed support and all I get is “we’re working on it.” I must be able to track students as they come in for state requirements. This has been a huge headache from day one. Yes, I do have to login to the admin panel to manually check students in. However, that’s a bit inconvenient as they are greeted at the door, then walked up to the front of the room. Since this info is private I’m forced to log in and out of the admin panel so many times it’s more of a hindrance than it is a help. Can y’all please fix this? If you’re not using an https:// prefix or a .com dns you’re pretty much out of luck.

They need to improve this app. Sometimes it opens and shows all upcoming events; sometimes it takes forever to open and only shows a few events.

Just used this app for a large event. We had a strong wifi signal; however, the app was wonky and did not successfully scan many of the codes. Thankful I had a list printed out as this would have been a disaster without it. Not happy at all with Event Tickets Plus. Will not use again.

Scans consistently so it will claim attendee is already checked in if you miss the 0.2 seconds that the successful scan notification flashes on the screen. Very hard to confirm a successful scan. No attended information displays. I can’t imagine under what circumstance this is more helpful than finding a name on a list. It doesn’t confirm anything and tells you nothing.

Restarting the app sometimes make it work but usually it just says “already checked in” but the ticket stay unchecked.

Crashes when trying to open the app. I’ve deleted & re-installed, made sure my iOS was up to date, and it still won’t run. Runs on my friend’s old iPhone, but won’t check in tickets. Pretty bad!

Please let us see an attendees list right in the app per event would be so awesome for people that might have lost there tickets so we can quickly look it up and find them in the list that they have not checked in yet.
