imagine paying for their subscription for the month and it was going great until suddenly all your saved audiobooks are hidden behind some shiet called “titles available soon” with a message that says “based on your reading activity, you’ve reached your limit this monthly cycle” BRO THEN WHY WOULD I HAVE SUBSCRIBED?!

Cannot sign in,system says too many redirects from scribe

Cancelled my subscription from this app and it didn’t go through. Was charged for one month for it. Boycott

I tried free trial and deleted my account before it ended but it deducted money from my account this month.I'm a student and I don't have money for them to do like this.I can't logged in because I've already deleted my account.So,how do I unsubscribe it again since I can't log in.I'm very scared they will do like this again next month.Please refund my money or I will write so many bed review about your app and website.

Developer team must resolved this issue soonest possible

Proper scam. They have been charging me for the last year every month although I don’t even have an account with them. Any attempts to figure out with Customer Support are non successful.

I love being able to access ebooks and audiobooks which aren’t accessible at my local library on Scribd. The app works wonderfully for audiobooks, and being able to control the playback on the Apple Watch makes it very convenient to listen. However, for ebooks, the reading experience is subpar. The margins of ebooks are much too wide. They can’t be adjusted because they are fixed, which makes the text block too narrow to read comfortably on an iPad mini. Rotating from portrait to landscape mode doesn’t solve this problem either because it forces a two column layout. There is no way to switch to a single column layout. Because of these limitations, I rarely read ebooks. It’s not a pleasant experience. Scribd team, please add options to customise margins and layouts of ebooks! That would vastly improve the reading experience.

Highlight function does not work after a few highlights. Found out after months that clicking the share function does not share the quote but highlights instead. Please resolve it thanks!

Wanted refund. No reply

I was shocked to find my credit card details used to pay for someone else’s subscription on Scrib’d. I have never subscribed to Scrib’d myself, not even for a free trial, so it was puzzling how Scrib’d could have had my credit card details. Scrib’d was extremely unhelpful and refused to share any info with me, which is a terrible attitude as we all need to do our part to combat credit card fraud. So, beware of this site! (I have a full email chain with Scrib’d regarding this unfortunate incident.)
