You get a promo code for a free Everbowl for downloading & creating an account. But our local Everbowl said they don’t accept the promo code. Well that was a scam!

You can’t check out without paying for the 20% tip added. Tip is based on the quality of service and should be optional . When we go in-store we leave a 10% - 15% tip (the iPad has different tip selections), but attempting to make it mandatory if I check out via the app.?!? I’m done with this company.

Absolutely insane. The app charges you a $3.00 tip to ADD money that I’m already going to spend at your store!? (You look desperate.) ZERO stars just for that mechanic.

I see no way to pay for an order other than to store money on a gift card inside the app. The app is somewhat sluggish. I couldn't even get to the checkout screen, it just sat there not letting me proceed. There's no reason to use this over going into the store.
