The app doesn’t work even after I followed all the instructions and put my device in pairing overall it was a bad experience

It say on the website that you can lock the H9 through the app and there is a lock icon on the screen yet there is no way to access this feature

So I connected my Ev10Z scooter for a long time ago, after I didn't use the app for months. And then when I used it again, it logged me out of my account and then after signing back in my scooter was disconnected from the app. I tried connecting it again, but it just doesn't work anymore, and by the way I did all the instructions

I connect to it and can do anything but lock my scooter what is the problem with the app

The app connected after a couple minutes it’s is a little confusing though my only real issue with the app is that it loses connection when the scooter is around 10 feet away

It’s a great app. I don’t see why people say it doesn’t work. For me it works perfectly fine.

The app can’t even connect to the scooter. I did try both android and iPhones for about 40 times, but it didn’t work at all.
