Everfit for Coach

This app does nearly everything you need it to. It allows you to manage multiple clients with ease and enables for you to build and load workouts in the most efficient way possible. My favorite features by far is the ability to program a list of alternative exercises for your client. Regardless of what the client chooses, they can very easily look at their exercise history. As the trainer, you can even leave your client comments on their individual exercises! HOWEVER, that brings me to what they can do better: Comments are virtually inaccessible after you leave them as they can only be retrieved in clicking on that exercise log. It would make more sense if the comments were stored in the same manner as the exercise history so that when a client looks at their previous results, old comments show up as well.

Wish the app was a little more user friendly. Especially when it comes to move client programs around and adding adjustments to programs. The iPad app is just an upscale version of the iPhone. Would love to see the iPad get its own app that’s more like the website. Until then, I will just log into the web browser on iPad.

The app seems to crash two out of three times when I try to put together a workout. I get to the second exercise, then it crashes. The third time I reopen it, it seems to work. I only train friends at this time so I don’t mind the inconvenience too much, however, if I was paying and this was apart of my business, it would be a little more frustrating. In just about every other aspect, this app is absolutely fantastic! Very easy to work with!

Love how it looks and most features, but its very unfair that they charge you more if you have more clients. It should be like any other subscription just one fixed monthly fee regardless of the amount of clients you have 👎🏼 Also they charge like Spirit, they have LOTS of ADD ONS, like the payment thing automated its not included on the membership , is extra 🙄 i actually think this is very expensive, basically we are working for them. Superset Pro is just $75 for UNLIMITED clients 😍 >>>>

Leaving two stars for now because I can’t do stuff for clients on the go like I’m supposed to. All the tutorials show how to do stuff on laptop version and not mobile. This doesn’t help because the mobile layout is completely different and doesn’t show all of the same buttons. This needs to be fixed ASAP

So many amazing things I can say about the Everfit App and the entire team involved! I decided to White Label my business, Now Time Health + Fitness, and it was the best decision I’ve made! The ability to truly build my brand and at the same time have pre-loaded exercises and features that i have not seen on other fitness apps for coaches! Thank you Everfit!

Was surprised to see so few reviews for this app that I could not recommend enough. Easy and to use and great results for clients.

I’d greatly appreciate a landscape mode for the app, as I have a stand for the iPad and rarely use my iPad standing up-right. Will change to 5 stars once this is corrected.

This app has a few flaws. 1. Packages is not fully operational, if a previous client that is archived buys a package, they do not get immediate access to their purchase. The coach needs to reactivate the client, remove them from the previous plan, then add them to the package they bought. If the coach is traveling, sick or very busy it could be days before all of that is completed and the client is left feeling annoyed and disappointed, because everyone wants immediate access to their purchase. This has been an ongoing issue since the launch of packages in 2022 and there are no plans on fixing this. There have been numerous updates but this hasn’t been one. Everfit needs to get their priorities in place! 2. I I have been a member since 2021 and they have not added any new exercises to their data base. They are missing the most basic exercises, single arm db with bench support for example. I’ve brought this to their attention two years ago and continue to ask when new exercises will be added and they say there is no time line for that. You do have the ability to add your own, and I have added hundreds. But it’s always nice to see the company continue to update their exercise catalog. 3. Viewing clients progress is not easy. 4. This app is not great for in person training. The coach is not able to make a permanent note to an exercise. And if the coach wants to add or remove an exercise on the fly this in not possible with the mobile app. You need to be on a laptop. 5. Interval, AMRAP and Times workout sections can NOT be tracked. 6. Video on demand can only be watched on mobile. Many of my clients want to watch on their laptop. 7. One major complaint I hear from clients is that there are too many buttons to press. 8. It’s expensive, for what they charge they should have more support tools.

This app is a game changer, I’m not paid or anything. This app saved my career. For a while I was lost on how to train my clients better online and was going to give up training until I did some research & came across EverFit. I started the free trial and used that to learn the full functions & watch the videos they provide to better help. I’ve been teaching on Everfit since December 2022 & I love it. I am able to train so many more clients and keep better track of everything. All guides and programs i created are also saved on here. You can do so much with this app. I love it! IG: @coachdayana_
