literally just joined, logged in on my chromebook but like everyone else i’m unable to log in on this useless app. immediately cancelling my membership after having it for all of HALF AN HOUR. id rather do the commute to my old gym. silly idiots
Just signed up for 12 month membership, app isn’t accepting my details even though there correct and I need the barcode to be able to get into the gym. Absolute joke
As many other reviews mention, the log in function doesn't work. Simply states incorrect information despite me logging into the website with the same details. Ridiculous to charge so much for a membership to force us to only access the gym using an app you can't login to
The app wont recognise the log in credentials, making you unable to access the QR code to enter the gym. These same log in details work fine using web browser, but there is no way of accessing the QR code this way. The old app worked much better, however this app makes going to the gym incredibly difficult
I’ve been a member for a long time, updated my app and constantly issues with login. It’s a nightmare ! I can’t even log in with my QR anymore
Absolute joke been trying to get into the app now for a while using the email and password used for my account and tells me the account doesn’t exist, I can’t even get my qr code on the website after just paying for the membership, really disappointed
Can log in on normal internet browser but doesn’t allow me to log in on the app.
Useless App wont let me login, but I can login on my laptop using exact same login details.
This app used to function -just, however now is useless. Primary function for most users- booking a class, is now no longer an icon but hidden in a banner that is simply a link to the website that may or may not accept your log in. Update 16 November: Just returned from holiday to find the ‘Book a class’ icon is back and works! At last! Now all that is required is for the developers to synch booked classes with the calendar and this will be an app fit for purpose.
