Amazing

I love this game so much but I have one suggestion when the new worlds come every few days . If they are animal themed like the world, then I was suggesting that all the things you can get from the event could be animal packs?

Terrible support! Do not recommend !!!

After losing access to my game and unable to sign in I messages support and after weeks of back and forth and ridiculous never ending questions that just lead to more questions I received an email stating they cannot fix my game back to where it was. Don’t waste time and/or money on this game. Wouldn’t even give them 1 star except forced to do this review can be submitted

New Rewards on Finished Lands

The new rewards you receive when finishing off a section had gone from good to bad. Keep getting these bag / satchels which serve no purpose. The good rewards have gone. Please put it back to how it was where you got more rewards that were helpful.

Lost interest

I have played this game for quite some time and was beginning to get bored with it. It was becoming too repetitive and a drain on the resources that you try to build up. They've made some changes and done what they call a big upgrade. The changes are a big fail for me and now I have completely lost interest.

Increasingly annoying

I used to love this game. Targets have become too hard to achieve. Latest update keeps stalling my game. I used to play every day but I know now why I haven’t for about 6 months. Waste of time!

Good game but can improve

So love the game and I play it a lot but there are some problems like it’s impossible to even sort everything like you need a sorting button and it also needs to be easier to level up and you to tell people how to level up like how do you even level up? So there aren’t many problems but there is a few and here’s another one getting things to make houses and buildings is really hard and I don’t like how you have a certain amount of energy for it all but otherwise I really recommend this game to all fantasy lovers and all those people who need help and need a way to pass time. Love this game ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Game creators are not honest

I have been enjoying this game but recently I purchased some gems coins and hero chests and in the past they always downloaded. But all of a sudden the Hero Chests won’t download into the game. I contacted the games creator and they brushed me off saying I had to get access to another section of the game. Say what! Well that was not advertised when I made the purchase. I even gave them Evidence of what was suddenly going on. Seems the creators don’t care and will randomly change how the game operates. They appear greedy and don’t care about their users. Some type of compensation would go a long away. Like gems or power. It’s very frustrating.

Game is glitching

I have been playing this game on and off for years, it a great game. Ever since I got a new iPad it’s been very glitchy. It’s very frustrating to play. I have updated it, restarted my iPad nothing seems to fix it. What can I do?

Needs improvement and better support

I am a long term player, I have spent money in this game and enjoyed playing. But the last few months the game is glitchy And I have contacted customer support several times and told them the problems and nothing is fixed and the response is slow and unhelpful.
