I don’t open this app unless I am at Everrise & I don’t remember logging OUT after I left a few weeks ago. But why today when I open the app the app logged me out, AND I HAD TO LOG IN AT THE COUNTER which inconveniences everyone behind me? I don’t have the physical card because I find it a hassle so this app + barcode is good to go tapi kalau ini pun menyusahkan NO NEED saja ok.

I’ve created a acc and it says done I tried to log in I key in everything correct but it says invalid username while it’s asking for phone number

OOS items should have been remarked as oos items. When you dont put it oos, people will buy it and then pay for it. At the end, you have to refund the money because the items are not available at store. Everrise refund in voucher form which have problems when we want to use it. And now I need to wait for their “office” to fix it. So long to wait. Please upgrade your system.

The e-vouchers expired earlier than we receive. Sad case.

Unable to shop online as i was being kick out frm the apps sooooo many times .. get fed up .. aiyoooooo.. plse fix the prob

I have been using the app since last year. I get to find out the latest promotions and grab the deals in their outlet all the time. They just changed their app interface lately and it looks good. It becomes easier to browse through the products and promotions. I also get exclusive members coupon and voucher, so happy with it. The app may be not stable sometimes but i can see it is improving. Keep up the good job!

they don't do stock count nor online stock inventory & i don't think they separate stocks for estore & in store. placed an order a day before but they told me stocks run out on the delivery day (but i checked the item is still on the list in their estore? idk why?) they said the item is not available anymore because of demand, many customer order online lah? (cause they don't do inventory bah & we have to take theirs responsibility bah?) said refund by giving another online voucher (so i can take another round of item-no-stock drama ha? no thx lah? wlc)
