I have submitted 4 requests to date to simply get a code to sign back into my company’s cafeteria location. The geolocation service does not work and the site does not come up when searched. This request should take 5 seconds to resolve and yet I get the same automated response from an AI bot every time that someone will be in touch within a day. No one does. There are no restaurants, cafes, or coffee shops near by my place of work. The cafeteria is a 1/4 mile from where I sit and it gets very busy. On a daily basis I am reminded of the fact I cannot see the daily menu, order ahead, or pay with a saved credit card. The most frustrating thing is how easily this can be fixed and that you simply don’t care. I cannot speak to a live person and there’s no customer service number to call. This should not be something I need to write a lengthy negative review about, and yet…

Every other day I have to reboot my iPhone 14. I don’t understand why there is a problem opening the app every other day. When the app works it is fine for info only. I don’t use it for anything else.

The app was working in the morning and then stopped working in the afternoon. I need to remove it and download it again. This happened very often.

This app is easy to use an on point

One of the worst apps. I used apps for all my online orders from Starbucks to other stores. This is one of the worst. Never works. 1 out of 5 times work within issue. Idea is to save time instead it is wasting my time. This app will freeze, stuck and generate errors or can’t scan. Not sure why it has 4.3 rating.

should let me see the previous menus of today and yesterday

I love being able to order my food. Every day has to work out the scheduling better. If I put an order in for an hour from now it shouldn’t be given to the chef until the expected wait time lines up with the time I requested. Please fix this it’s a big pain point

We use this at work and half of the time it’s broken. The app doesn't load. I can’t order anything and have to use the kiosk to submit orders.

This app has ruined the cafeteria at work. We can’t order much of what is still sitting behind the sandwich counter, several of the preparation options need to be handled handled face to face after when you try to collect food that is supposed to be ready, much of what we order is prepared wrong, presumably because the app also lists options they don’t have behind the counter. At another counter, we’re expected to walk in to see what’s available but not allowed to order there - go there, then you must use the app, then go take a walk while they handle your order and come back later to pick it up. This mess is still very much in the beta testing phase. If these people have been at it for more than one or two locations and more than a few months, they should be ashamed of what they’ve created. Expect disappointment if you’re forced to use this.

App is fine. It’s the customer service behind it. Message them two weeks about an issue with a order with no reply.
