Pricing in different countries may vary, and actual charges may be converted to your local currency depending on the country of residence. Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours before the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal. not worth the money
i just subscribe this app since i have a new puppy and need training, theres no trial mode, and after download the video not working. i want to unsubscribe but apple already made me pay. can I get refund on pro rata basis if I unsubscribe?
Video wont play
Well most of the tutorial vid can not be played
Not working after paid
I paid your premium one year i still cannot use the app because the videos do not load. Please FIX this problem as soon as possible i need to train my 4 puppies or REFUND me now.
Audio & VPN
Far below expectations! The ads show videos of dogs but it’s merely a person speaking some other language and being translated. It’s like a Podcast! And we have to buy VPN in order to listen to this podcast.. I mean to open the videos. Will never renew the subscription!

Tried everything, just cannot play any videos

Tried to choose different type of course, result is the same, none of the video could play!! This is so annoying when I have paid for 1 year in advance.

Disappointed
I tried out a 3-day trial, but all I got was pressured sales tactics pushing me to purchase additional training sessions. It was a wasted effort that left me feeling lost. I promptly canceled my membership.
Training for puppy
I do noticed this video is great training but however there is not much gesture or using body language for deaf people and subtitle to understand your video and make me to add third party software to have to understand this video.
