I loved the EVO planner (the physical book). I recently ran out of pages and so I decided to give the app a try. The actual planner was fantastic! Kept me organized and stress free. I would love to use this app and see where it goes, but I can’t get past the sign in page. I entered my email and selected my thought type but then nothing. Takes me to a “subscription” page that I can’t get off. I’m really sad. Deleting the app and hoping that they can get this fixed soon.
App has been abandoned by creator. No support. App does not work.
Downloaded the app but can’t get it to work. Tried getting support but the page doesn’t exist. Seemed like a cool app but can’t even sign up.
Has been completely non functional for 2 months with no response from the developers and this is coming from a kickstarter backer from the original EVO planner.
I scan the QR code in the physical planner - takes me to this app. The prompt says “let’s get started” and then - NOTHING a blank page with a virtual assistant icon and coms bar where I enter various things to see if it works - nope doesn’t move forward - really disappointed. Asked for help within the app - no response. Not revolutionary for me unfortunately.
The app won’t let you do anything. I don’t know if it’s broken or if I have to pay the $60+ dollars for it to work. Reached out to help desk and haven’t heard anything. Sad you have to pay for the expensive planner and then they make you pay for the expensive app.
Paid for the subscription and the app no longer connects. No access to any support
I love this app. Ever since I started using it, everyday has been full of productivity and fulfillment. But all of sudden, chat features loading failed all the time and I no longer can use the app… emailed to the customer service but the email cannot be delivered…
Having the support of an A.I. that is already programmed with the Brain States (Oracle, Alchemist, Explorer, and Architect) in mind is BEYOND helpful because Ele really does an excellent job in bringing together the process of how to and what is needed to connect ideas all the way through to execution. I highly recommend using Ele//:A.I. as a major key and component to generate massive action and create new forms of atomic habits that are already being cultivated by the; daily, weekly and monthly practices/organization that the EVO Planning system provides. I am eternally appreciative to and for the EVO Planning System and Team for providing one of the best bridges ever from ADD/ADHD to discovering where my Attention Surplus actually is//: in the organization and the management of my time, life, and the rich experiences in the day to day. This is such a great app! I really love that after I get my profile of who I am (architect) I can be guided daily on how to be my best and get maximum output daily. Really love it! Keep it up! 😎🔥
