Disappointed
I recently purchased an eSIM for 10GB of data for 1 month through this app, specifically for use in the Asia region, including Uzbekistan. The service is supposed to be valid from July 14th to August 14th. Unfortunately, the eSIM is not working at all. I have contacted the support team twice but have not received any response. This lack of communication is unacceptable and has caused significant inconvenience. Without data, I am unable to stay connected, access essential online services, navigate, and communicate effectively. This disruption has greatly impacted my ability to work and stay in touch with family and friends. I am extremely disappointed with this service and the lack of support. I would not recommend this app to anyone looking for reliable connectivity.
