Terrible app, you cannot create an account and most of the chargers do not appear on the map.

Can’t even sign up and sort password issues out. Can’t use to charge at charge point. Rubbish app of no use

Unable to register account. Just takes you to the login. Useless.

Chargers missing from the application. Bathgate for example.

Installed app as 4 new EV chargers are nearby but not shown on the app I have the screen slightly magnified for my eyesight and the app becomes unnavigable as a result. Can scroll the page up or down on entering fields so can’t see what you’re typing. No iPad app either so no joy there. Bit poor if you’re expecting people to use it. Hope tap to pay works so can avoid it

Wont let me accept terms to create an account

When i’d eventually worked out the slow awful app, I tried to authorise a charging session 4 times before realising the machine I was at was faulty. It had charged me the auth amount 4 times (£200), luckily I had the money to cover this. I’m still waiting for it to be returned to my bank 3 days later… All round bad charging experience which is a shame because the chargers themselves are fast and usually in decent locations. Sort your app out with a user friendly update.

Tried to charge using contactless - took £55 holding fee but didn’t charge. Tried repeatedly to get it working, still nothing. Tried using the app ultimately and that didn’t work either - came up with repeated error messages. Rang for support and they admitted on the phone that the app wasn’t working and after all that I still wasn’t able to charge my car. Utterly useless - avoid this app and the company.

Connection Did not work and charged me £55. No customer service and no contact details are available.

Having spotted some charging stations on Zap Map thought I would get the app to check on prices but half the charging stations are not on the app. I can’t compete setting up the app as I can’t add my vehicle. NEEDS LOTS OF WORK.
