Very simple to use and effective.

After clocking in I go to clock out at the end of my shift and it’s like I was never clocked in even though when I checked It was counting my time this is unreal and a waste of time now

Cannot use the app because service code doesn’t work. I was able to login and started my shift but when my shift ended I couldn’t log out because the service code doesn’t populate and I had to cancel my time. Horrible

Every time I approve a shift, there will be a hard stop because the service code and consumer enrollment needs to be completed . Please design it so everything is there to click before the shift gets approved. It is such a hassle to keep going back and completing necessary info that wasn’t there at first and then miraculously shows up after trying to approve the shift.

This app should be on a curriculum for app designers on what NOT to do. It's 1998ish looking, no explanation of anything, doesn't allow me to correct anything, it freezes, it repeated itself and it's just freaking boring. Who created this I want to meet him/her/team. My first question; Are you happy with this? Just curious is all.

It’s to slow to clock in and out then half time signs you out and then u gotta sign back in out 1to 10 rating I rate it as a big fat 0

Worst app I’ve ever used

I absolutely hate this waste of space. The app clocks me out often and never even records a shift, well that is when it allows me to clock in. This app is a joke. I wish I could give it negative stars. That would be the only way you would ever see 5 stars on this horrible app.

I can not log in, the tech can not solve the bug, why the App can be here to fool us????????

Please update your app I can’t log in my hours
