Terrible app
Just started using for our wellness program. App is very hard to use. It is NOT user friendly. Half the menus I go into cause the app to freeze and crash.

Employee Wellness Hub (EWH) is a health app that allows organizations to manage healthy habits for their employees. The app is first of its kind to manage health challenges, track health vitals, and monitor nutritional intake of their employees. EWH’s nutrition database includes information from 8,000+ food items from the USDA as well as 5,000+ food items from fast food restaurants. EWH App uses advanced motion chip in the smart phone (when available) to track precise movements (steps) and also integrates with Fitbit. The app can be customized for employers in terms of its look and feel and it can be integrated with additional data sources related to fitness and nutrition.Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.

Motion Tracker Does Not Sync with Health Data Even After All Permissions Have Been Granted
It’s hard to participate and have fun in these competitions with coworkers when the app itself does not work. No issues, other than the lag between recorded steps, when logging in daily. However, I missed a few days, the app logged me out and when I attempted to sync my steps in the settings (EWH app, phone settings, health app). I continuously received an error stating access denied due to permissions is denied. I attempted several troubleshooting steps, short of deleting my data, to no avail.
Not Accurate AT ALL
Very inaccurate information. We did a 30 day challenge at work and I am a very active person averaging 12K steps per day and it gave me credit for about 50% in comparison to the other people.
Needs some work
Every I try to use this app I can’t actually find the activity for the day. Every link on the page redirects me to a link to download the app. Again, every link I clink on IN THE APP redirects me to the App Store link to download the app.
Basic and sometimes works
I’ve been using the app since Feb 2024. My steps are hardly accurate. If you are a die hard competitor, I’m not sure you will appreciate this app. I used it to keep motivated to walk and I’ve enjoyed seeing my steps increase daily and over time. However, I know for sure my overall steps are not correct. For me, I’m nowhere near the top of the competition, right in the middle.
Doesn’t sync
The app doesn’t sync with Apple health app to capture the steps. I have to manually enter my steps.
Barely okay
The app is just adequate. I’ve tried to recover my password over 10 times the past few days and have received no response. Used the contact form as well. No response.
Awful app
Can’t link Apple Watch. Health app is linked to Apple Watch and EWH is linked to Health so it’s just a poorly made app.
Ok app
When the app works, it’s amazing! The idea behind it is really great. When it crashes, however, it is very frustrating. And it probably crashes about once every other week... and it very inconveniently crashed during the last day of a step challenge for my company.
Will not connect
Does not connect with Apple Watch, even when all complicated instructions are followed. Probably needs to be updated.
