I’ve been trying 2 years to get through to this company with no luck. Finally I did and they promised to contact me in 5 days regards a booking and this took 2 weeks. I would NOT recommend this company to my worst enemy.

This app is a liability. Very difficult to navigate and take meaningful action like rescheduling/getting appointments. They need to take this down and replace ASAP.

I read all the other negative reviews and thought “no, they can’t all be having the same stupid bug”. I was wrong. This app should be banned from the App Store as it does not meet even the basic requirements of signup and login. Pathetic. I’ve just delete it and called the company to complain. They didn’t even know about the bad reviews and honestly didn’t seem at all interested or bothered.

Created an account, logged in fine. Next time not able to login, changed password, logged in fine… And this is every time! Ok in the app, have my credits, great!!! Not able to spend them on salt! Wasn’t able anywhere where to order anything, went to Order products but no options to pick a product. I need salt for the softener online as I don’t have time to call the back office during the day!
