Allows you to study the flash cards, watch the on demands, and take exams, but the study manual doesn’t work and there’s no easy access to get to the quiz section (you have to go into “My scores” to get access and even then it’s buggy sometimes). Using the official website is a better idea for getting the full experience. It’s okay on the go if your connection is strong and want to go over the flash cards or video but don’t expect to be able to read the study manual.
I cannot download and study the material. It’s constantly buffering.
In the line for over an hour for one question. If you are looking for customer support go somewhere else. Really no excuse to have to wait a few hours for one question
