Been using this app as long as it has existed and it gets worse and worse over time everyone saying there are log is issues is 100% correct and it gets worse if you get a new device

Numbers are such a hassle,when I started using face I.d. (Apple X) I can keep a closer watch on my money🫠🤳

This app won’t even let me create an account. I’m looking at my Exceed card and putting in the information, but it still says, “The information entered is not correct.” I'm aggravated because I'm putting in the correct information! Please, fix your app and your banking services.

Will not let me sign in as mentioned in the comments already.

This is the worst bank I’ve ever had the displeasure of using. The app never ever ever works, it’s so glitchy that I can maybe use it 1/4 of the time, the login screen will flash over and over again and if it loads your balance there’s no guarantee that it’ll be right and you can’t see anything you put in your savings either. The actual website is a joke too, why have a website if you can’t actually move your money on there? You can only move your money on the app which is the stupidest design decision ever. They boast that they have “impressive” security, but when I had $100 worth of fraudulent charges on my card, from a website I would never use, I didn’t get so much as a notification or email from them. The “fraud watch” plainly does not work as does the rest of the app. I will be closing my account as soon as I can after this and warn everyone who works at Walmart to never use this bank.

Can’t add my card to anything anymore let alone barely able to log into my account everything I add my card to it gets declined. changing banks.

This problem need to be fixed asap can’t even log in to unlock my card. It’s a problem every month logging in. And customer service don’t do anything to help

This app is beyond annoying!! It only works maybe 2 out of 10 times without a glitch!! The app glitches constantly, will probably be leaving to another bank due to the constant inconvenience!!

This app is awful it quite literally messes up every single time I use it.
