Error of session expired coming

This is an irresponsible horrible app. Mighty ashamed.

What’s the point of the app if the payroll tab is only not working, been more than a month and still this has not been fixed

The payroll tab is not at all working, without that this app is nothing.

At last moment they declared that HRA rent receipts will be only accepted from work location in HCM portal when everyone is practically working from home. Shame.

Excelity ESS is a product which has only cons and no good points to think of. Some of the biggest shortcomings are: 1.) Very poor, indeed not User support available. There is a bot available at the login page which is good for nothing. 2.) No user feedback/rectification mechanism - once any submission is done the BackOffice team rejects the submissions at will with no mechanism to rectify the initial submission. Futile time wasting rework for very trivial items too. 3.) The user session management is highly pathetic and the session refreshes upon refreshing the page(once logged in, even after an hour of in activity). 4.) The system takes 1-2 months after the start of the Financial Year to open the portal for submissions and lags too much behind in rolling out new government rules for IT(deduction and declaration both). 5.) No improvement/ change to the first generation UI design since years which requires the users to jump between sections to perform similar tasks. All in all, an avoidable platform if your’s is an employee centric organisation which doesn’t want the employees to have the payroll system as a reason for frustration :) Really poor !

Login session expired on each login attempt, it’s annoying if we retry because it giving same error.

Whenever I am trying to login in , it gives an error “ Session has expired ! Please re-login to continue “ Please fix this issue.

I was able to log in before but suddenly stopped working. Always speeding “something went wrong”. Worst app ever.

Although I can login with web portal, can’t log in with this app. Should new errors type every time I try to login. Uninstalling as it simply eats up the space in phone.
