Exercise Science Academy

Exercise Science Academy was founded in the year 2003. Over the past 15 years, ESA has been successfully imparting exercise science education to trainers, nutritionists, coaches & fitness enthusiasts. ESA conducts regular online & offline certification courses and workshops like ACSM Certified Personal Trainer Course & CSCS Strength & Conditioning Prep Course, Certified Marathon Trainer Course etc. We currently have over 10 certification courses and over 30 workshops.
The team at ESA is the most successful, elite and sought-after members of the fitness and health industry. Pioneers in their respective fields, they also currently represent, manage some of the leading national and international athletes in the country.
