An absolutely useless aggregator. You pay for the hotel, they cancel it in a day. There is no technical support at all. The answer is Indians, Asians, who sit there for complacency, that it is as it is. Never again.

I have provided all information and proofs for Expedia investigation. But they send me same answer every time without reading what I say. Booked a car in Hertz with this app. When I came to Hertz the price has grown for almost 50%. Hertz representative told me that it always happens with Expedia. 3 weeks has passed and Expedia don’t won’t to fix this problem. Still no one returned me that extra charge. Also both locations of pick up and drop off were wrong. I had to get new taxi to correct pick up point. And a taxi from drop off point (40 minutes away from the point which was booked). Expedia confirmed that they give wrong directions.

The app could not locate my booking although I received a confirmatory email and was providing correct email and itinerary number. Chat bot also proved to be useless unfortunately.

awful experience with refund. scammers that’s all.

I have been waiting for 3 years for a refund for an unused ticket, I corresponded with different agents, minimum dozen…. They promise to sort it out and pay back, but nothing goes further than promises....

There is no input panel for flight airport search. I need to scroll to find my target airport. It’s awful. iPhone 11

Мы проплатили багаж туда и назад . При регистрации оказалось что багаж не учтён. При звонке в офис , менеджер уверял что проплата за багаж не прошла. Этот аргумент не возможен так как проплата за билет и багаж был произведён одновременной одной приплатой . И сумма снята была та , в которую входила оплата багажа . Итак у нас своровали 360 кан. долларов ( два билета туда и два назад ) .

С этим сервисом не возможно решить проблемы, а они у вас точно будут! Поддержка работает очень не дружественно. Я создала аккаунт через Айклауд (кстати, не делайте так 😉) нашла нужный билет, заполнила данные и оплатила. Деньги списали. Письмо с бронированием не пришло. Я не могу воспользоваться билетом. Поддержка сказала - есть такая транзакция, но я называю ни тот телефон и ни тот емайл. Кстати, поддержки на английском нет 👎 Я нанимала переводчика индонезийского и еще и ему оплатила услуги.

I have face the situation that basically was not able to get into the apartment as according to the owner was already rented by someone else. As a result I’ve lost my money. Expedia did not manage to return it as they need to confirm it with the owner and etc. On the same time for local police it is hard to understand who really got the money that I paid. So use it only for reliable hotel chains.

Невозможно отменить бронирование, хотя указано что это будте сделать легко и просто ! И бесплатно! В итоге ни один из чатов не отвечает. Отель тоже сообщает , что не может отменить бронирование, только на сайте.
