My comments
The App design is good. However I have some comments regarding all tourist agencies in the app. 1- I faced difficulties communicating with them. You can make reservations only by WhatsApp or email. 2- They take so much time to respond. 3- They have very unclear packages and very expensive. The issue is they are the only available options to organize Al Ula visit (resorts - historical locations - mountains - local farms - out door activities - .... etc) so I’m unfortunately will change my destination.
