It’s not possible to connect the board to the application to configure the custom mode. At first is connected, and after the “apply” button it is disconnected 😔👎

Очень глючное приложение. Не сохраняет маршруты, задваивает маршруты, как повезет. Неудобное подключение к скейту. Чтобы обновить вашу информацию, нужно очень постараться и надеятся на удачу, так как может ничего не сохранится. Короче, это приложение можно использовать только для настройки кастомного режима, про остальное забудьте!

I'm so sick of my trips not being saved in your app. For all the time I have not preserved more than 2000 kilometers. This problem kills the desire to use this application, although the leaderboard is a cool gamification. it's a pity that you made such a cool product in the form of skateboards, eo software leaves much to be desired and does not correspond to your level.

The app doesn’t register travelled distance for leaderboard

I connected the board but there is no way to ride while board connected to the app because you cant setup connection with remote and app at the same time What about remote connection to the app: it doesn’t working at all. App just don’t see the remote

I can’t connect GTR carbon with the application, asks for a bluetooth password, what to enter?

My cousin has just gifted me an evolve gt carbon board BUT when i downloaded the app it is not connecting pls fix this or tell me how to fix.

App was fine latest update custom mode is impossible to set ur custom mode as dial glitches out loose top speed can’t reset board no longer goes any where near as responsive or as fast tried resetting the board and it’s just no good please fix this issue he board is just wasting away as I don’t use it I might as well walk it’s quicker now

I’ve only been using the app for about a week so maybe it’s user error but I cannot get it to save any of my long-distance rides or add them to the map. It just keeps on timing out and it’s really frustrating and like this is there to enhance how fun it is to be riding these boards? It’s a great concept but just frustrating when it’s not working correctly. I’ve done at least 56 rides that have not logged on the map yet a couple little test rides did logged on the map that were under the 2K radius that you could use anyway seems really really weird.
