Smart queue doesn’t work, this app does not show my tickets, what should I do? I reloaded it and reinstalled

Мне сложно оценить работу программы, потому что на iPhone XS iOS12.4 она так ни разу и не запустилась. Тот случай, когда удаляешь программу с удовольствием! UPD: обновил iOS до 15.3.1 и всё заработало, т.е. просто не была обеспечена совместимость приложения с устаревшими версиями iOS.

Не работает уже несколько дней.

You lost my tickets and booked smart queues in the app.

I’m trying to link the ticket and it says that this ticket is already linked. I checked at the ticket office and they said it’s under my name and email. There’s a system issue. What’s the point of this app if I can’t manage smart queues without a linked ticket. Please fix it asap.
