Express Scripts

I was initially hesitant for too many years to use this mail order prescription benefit, to my detriment. Express Scripts sends reminders, have assisted and are extremely helpful in contacting provider for the prescription.

The latest version of the app requires iOS 16! Seems like a very shortsighted decision because it locks out many users with iOS 15. Fortunately my phone still works but a true faux pas by express scripts.

We rely on this pharmacy for a time-sensitive med, and it takes them days to process RX refills. Worst mail order experience I’ve had.

Your shipping times are atrocious bad faster rates are even worse!! It’s cheaper to order from the neighborhood pharmacy.

Unable to download new update due to iOS 16 requirement. Hopefully developer will address issue. It should support iOS 15.8.3 ATLEAST

I appreciate being able to order refills and knowing that my medicines will be here when I need them. But the app is hard to understand sometimes. There should be a better way to show what meds need attention. It seems like some show as ready for a refill that I need to click to continue, but some don’t have any notices that show but when I click to check I see I am out of meds and refills and I need to click to continue automatic refills. I think every medicine should be able to show last date ordered, last date delivered and if it needs to be reordered or put on automatic refills. On the first page. Sometimes I have to see I’m almost out before I know to click and reorder. Or maybe it is just me and I just need an easier way to understand so I don’t have days without certain meds. Thank you

Trying to get on the app to order refills. Screen says I need to update. Hit update prompt, takes me to App Store, hit open takes me back to the same screen that says I need to update. Can’t open the app at all. So, can’t easily manage my refills. I guess I have to call but seriously, isn’t the purpose of this app to make things easier for the user?

Express Scripts just issued a New APP! However, if you have an old 7plus Apple you can no longer use your phone to get your medicine!!!! Why did you leave us old folks with older I phones out of a way to order our medications??? A lot of us live on a budget and cannot afford to purchase a new I phone?? I'm reporting this problem to DOD TRICARE .. PUT THE OLD APP BACK UP SO WE CAN ORDER OUR MEDICATIONS AND COMMUNICATE WITH EXPRESS SCRIPTS. Mitch Darnell Retired MSGT
