საშინელი სერვისია, 2-3 სამუშაო დღეში მიტანა არ ხდება, 1 კვირაა ველოდები შეკვეთას ჯერ კიდევ არ აქვს აპლიკაციაში სტატუსი შეცვლილი. სატელეფონო კონსულტანტაცია სრულად უსარგებლო, ამხელა ლოდინის დროზე მიპასუხეს, რომ აპლიკაციას შეტყობინება უნდა ამოეგდოო რომ დააგვიანდებოდა მიტანისს სერვისს, თუმცა მსგავსი შეტყობინება არ ყოფილა, გადასამოწმებლად ახალი შეკვეთის განთავსებაც ვცადე (ცხადია შეტყობინება არ ამოსულა),რაზეც ოპერატორმა უბრალოდ იმის გამეორება დამიწყო რომ უნდა ამოსულოყოო. აპლიკაციას არაუშავს, პრობლემებიდან რასაც მივაქციე ყურადღება არის ის რომ shareის ღილაკი არ მუშაობს. და ერთი პრობლემა რამაც კიდევ შემაწუხა არის ის რომ აპლიკაცია მუდმივად აუტენტიფიკაციას მთხოვს მიუხედვაად იმისა რომ მითოთებული მაქვს პასკოდიც და face recognitionიც, მუდმივად log outდება და ახლიდან მთხოვს ყველაფრის შეყვანას.

Guys, you have a great app, but still no English interface in it. It’s really hard to use
Dissapointment
I bought 2 dressers and one of them was broken. It took them 3 weeks to respond and refused to give me a new one cuz they did not have any left and I had an option to give both back cuz I ddi not want to have different type of dressers in my bedroom. They asked me to dissasamble the dressess which took me 3 days to assemble cuz the documentsrion was wrong. Finnaly TERRIBBLE experience. Also Custoemer Support canceled the chat when I was in the middle of my sentence and now they are ignoring me. Stay away from the APP!!
