Best app. for this industry. I have been in this industry for 30+ years as an inspector and owner(working in the office). This app. works great on both sides. Thanks for making the jobs easier to do.

I work in the commercial insurance field and inspect several hundred buildings each year. With this very intuitive app I can: -take photos -label each photo -add a description of the property -update unique characteristics And with the touch of a button, I can sync multiple inspections to our system! I can’t imagine doing my job without it. Bravo!

What is the name of the app ? Your latest version of this app blows Was it made up by a bunch of third graders The head of this company should fire everybody associated with updating the app to 4.0.1

This inspection App is one of the poorest operating apps, I have ever used. They charge for using the App, then it close down during uploading at all times. Their agents are no help.

The app is useless and once you get it on your device you will never be able to remove it. DO NOT INSTALL.

I constantly have pictures disappearing if I don’t upload them right away, which causes me to have to return to houses and makes jobs late, gps location does not update

Consistently wastes my day with long load screens and app startup time. Expect 5-10 minutes daily waiting for this app to start.

The EZcare app is incredibly easy to use. The tutorial at the beginning is very helpful for navigating the app! It is great for someone who is new to this line or work, yet can prove incredibly useful for a veteran of the field. As soon as you enter the app, you have a clear view of the jobs you are in charge of. By clicking on them, there is a well-organized description of the job and what services were ordered. The progress of jobs can be kept track of, as assigned workers can click that they have started the job and update the status once they finish. The feature of uploading notes and pictures is a great way to keep people accountable. As for the UI, I love how clicking the icons on the top right will give you the variety of actions you can choose from without leaving the page. Another thing about the icons that I like is how they are very intuitive. You know that the arrow will direct you to maps, and that the gear will give you more options.

EZ is my favorite app for field inspections no other is as easy to use. Guarantee you will never be disappointed.
