EZ Receipts

The functionality of the app is decent enough. Although, you used to be able to submit a receipt before it was posted in the account and that was awesome. Is gone now. The big pain with this app is the login. It never remembers who you are, always asks you to setup Face ID but if you leave and come back it says Face ID has expired and it wants permission to use Face ID again. I’m always having to name a new password because the requirements are more challenging than my banking and healthcare accounts. The login is clumsy. After that, it’s helpful.

First review ever. It’s that bad. It prevents me from logging in at random saying user id and password don’t match. Wrong. I write them down every time it forces a change but then it doesn’t recognize it. The website doesn’t fix it. The makers of this app would be better off leaping from a cliff to save us the hassle of their constant failure. Typical of the American healthcare system. Do better.

Horrible app. Horrible customer service

I was about to use the app fine a few weeks ago but now when I try to log in I get a ParserErrorDomainError and can’t resolve it.

The app keeps showing a connection error every time I try to log in. Very frustrating.

Can’t talk to anyone about any problems or question. It’s a horrible way to solve anything. I would rather pay out if pocket than have FSA with no means of communication.

The faceID login doesn’t work. A lot of lag when login in as well even when the internet connection is fast. Is the same alert always “Logging you in, please wait a moment…”

Trying to check items for pre approval with the scanner and all i get is a scanner service is unavailable currently message. Ive had the app for months and im about to just uninstall it if this doesn’t get fixed. Its the only reason i downloaded it. This is referring to the be well reimbursement.

Please fix!!!!!

Login process broken, Face ID broken, receipt upload broken. There is nothing “EZ” about this app.
